Why is my Proposal Document coming up Empty ?

If you are experiencing a proposal document with missing information (Contact Name, Address )


This issue is often caused by a missing contact on the job.

To check the customer information on the job we will:

1) Make sure you have the estimate you are working on Open.

2) Select the Customer Information Screen

3) Make sure that you have a Site Address, Billing Addres and Main Point of Contact Assigned to your job.

Please See image below, all 3 Icons should be colored in, if they are Gray, then you are missing an item.
