Main Navigation Panel and Dashboard

Navigating in WeOpportunity is easy! At the left hand side of your screen you’ll see the Main Navigation Panel. The options available (visible) are based on User permissions set by your System Administrator. The images below show Main Panel Navigation options typically available to different User Groups. Yours will likely look similar to one of these, based on the functions you perform within your organization. Please remember, based on your User rights, you may not see all of the menu items shown below! Ask your System Administrator for more…

 Typical WeOpportunity User Groups include the following:

  • Lead Center Users
  • Sales Management / Sales Administration
  • Sales People
  • Business Development /Inside Sales
  • System Administrators

 To help you get oriented, an example of a typical Sales User’s Dashboard is seen below.

The image above includes WeOpportunity & QuoteAnywhere. This User has access to Lead Management for creating and managing their sales Leads and Opportunities; Global Schedule to see all of their scheduled Lead/Opportunity events and any personal appointments; Prospecting Plan and Prospecting Dashboard to create and track sales prospecting for hitting sales quota goals; Quote – building quotes in QuoteAnywhere for real time selling with customers; the Universal Report Grid “URG” for real time Opportunity reporting; Reports for real time access to detailed Lead/Opportunity stage, market, origin, source, loss reporting; Map – to see existing Leads, Opportunities in Progress, Lost Opportunities, Won Customers and to map routes and get directions from wherever you are.

Navigation Panel: The Navigation Panel enables use of various functionality within WeOpportunity and QuoteAnywhere. Click on a specific item to use the functionality. This Guide will review the core functionality of WeOpportunity:

  •  The Billboard
  • Dashboard
  • Opportunity: Lead Center & Lead Management
  • Global Schedule
  • Prospecting Plan & Prospecting Dashboard
  • The URG
  • Reports
  • Maps

 To show or hide the Navigation Panel, click on the arrow icon in the upper left near the WeSuite log. The Navigation Panel will hide or show.

The Billboard is provided to show specific company sales announcements, messages, news, or even access your company intranet.


The Dashboard contains information and functionality that enables Users to see Priority events, Untouched Leads, Opportunities, Lead Statistics and Sales Statistics. If using QuoteAnywhere (our smart device Estimating Tool), additional functionality such as: weekly appointments, customer search and quote creation are included. To get to the Dashboard, click on “Dashboard” in the navigation menu.

Untouched Leads – This view shows any Leads where there has been no change in status. The purpose is to remind Users of Leads that need attention. Managers may be given the rights to see Untouched Leads for those reporting to them, in addition to their own Leads.   

 My Opportunities – Allows Users to see their Opportunities on the Dashboard for specified date ranges.

Statistics: - At the Dashboard, Users have access to graphical views of sales statistics such as: My Customers (a searchable listing of Customers for this User); charts views for Outright Sales and RMR Sales to Quotas (Quotas set in WeEstimate). These are “quick” views showing achievement to date in total numbers.  More detailed sales reporting can be found at the Universal Report Grid “URG”.   

 My Opportunity Statistics – Is a graphical view of this User’s “Lead to Close ratio” for all Leads that became estimates in WeEstimate and were either sold or lost; also shows Opportunities in each stage: Lead, In Progress, RFQ, Sold, No Sale, On Hold, Deactivated.

 My Customers – Presents a searchable list of Customers and the estimates prepared for each, from either WeEstimate or QuoteAnywhere. Click on the “job” or estimate to view in QuoteAnywhere (if created in QA). For estimates/jobs created in WeEstimate, view the Summary Report within QA by clicking on the “Summary” tab, the Summary Report will generate automatically.

The Summary Report for the Job/Estimate will show as a pop up after clicking on Summary Report tab above in QuoteAnywhere.

 My Sales Statistics – Is a view that shows current sold proposals to Outright Sales Quota. Quotas for each User are set in WeEstimate.

My RMR Statistics – Displays current recurring monthly revenue sales to RMR Quota. Quotas for each User are set in WeEstimate.
