There are several Reports provided in WeOpportunity illustrating trends and specific data within WeOpportunity. Certain reports are run annually or from a specified year forward. Depending on User Rights, the ability to see Regions, Offices and Users is also available. If the User is only allowed to see his/her own data, she/he will not be able to check viewing of others.

Exporting Reports is a User Right. Exports can be completed in several different file formats.

Sales Dashboard

The Sales Dashboard provides report information for annual periods. Select the desired year, select the Regions, Offices and Users (depending on User Rights) and click Refresh. The data for the current year will show.   Leads/Opportunities in each stage for the specific Month and Annually:


Please note: select filters for Users to include (depending on User Rights).   Trend data for each Stage shows in the graph that builds monthly over the course of the specified annual period.



Leads Sold for the Top 5 Sales People and the Top 5 People in the Lead Center are also indicated:



Rights to export the report to specific file types, print, view as pdf are per User. Selections are at the top of the Report along with buttons for viewing additional report pages depending on the amount of data loaded for the report.


Leads By Count:

The Leads by Count Report can be run per User(s), Office(s) and Region(s) depending on User Rights. This report provides a breakout of Leads and Opportunities in each Stage within WeOpportunity.



Leads by Count also tallies Leads in Stages per Office and by Sales Person within each Office.



Leads By Status

The Leads by Status Report shows all Leads during a specific time frame per User, Office, Region as a count per Stage, graphically as a Pie Chart and as a listing with detailed information per Stage (i.e. Lead, In Progress, RFQ, Sold, On-Hold, No Sales and Deactivated).



Leads By Detail

The Leads by Detail Reports provide specific information for captured data regarding: Loss Reasons, Markets, Sales Types, Lead Sources and Lead Origins.  Tip: Making these required fields will help provide your company the greatest amount of data for easily reviewing trends that may have to do with Product & Service Offerings, Markets you current sell to or would are considering, types of sales Prospects are interested in, why Prospects may not be interested in continuing further, etc.
