Default Margin by Region

Within WeEstimate the default setup for most clients will be to use a single default margin for all equipment. This margin is setup in: Tools -> System Configuration -> Region Edit -> Calculation %

Default Margin by Customer

There is a way, however, to setup default margins by Customer.

This can be configured by: 

Setup Default Margin on Customer

Tools -> Customer Configurator -> Search for Customer -> Edit Customer

Update Default Margin

Setup Region to pull from Customer:

Within the margin setup at the region level, you will need to check the box labeled "Site First?" 

Save the dialog box.

Close the application and re-open for changes to take effect.

Results:

Any customer who has a default margin setup (> 0%) will default all parts to the given margin at the customer level. 

Any customer who has a default margin = 0 will default all parts to the given margin at the region level.
