Standard Forecasting using the URG

Forecasting using the URG

Forecasting reports are driven by two values within jobs:

1. Probable Close Date and

2. Probable Close Date.

Both of these values can be edited by opening an estimate and going to the Forecasting tab.

Additionally, be sure to review your Forecasting Settings. Tools -> Program Options -> Forecasting

Using the URG to Forecast is pretty straight forward.

1. Open the URG

2. Select the user you are reporting on

3. Make sure the Date Range is set correctly

4. Click on the Forecast 30, 60, 90 buttons. The function of each of them is described below.

Forecast 30

The Forecast 30, will show jobs that are forecasted to close within the next 30 calendar days and where the Probability of Close Percentage is greater than or equal to Threshold.
