The steps illustrated below will cover how to reset your eOriginal password associated to your WeEstimate application.
Your credentials must first be reset at the login page of the eOriginal portal:
The purpose of this article is due to a change in eOriginal's policy of increasing their security settings:
1) Go to 'Tools'
2) Select 'Program Options'
3) Highlight 'eSignature Interface'
4) Enter the respective credentials assigned to you by our team
Once these new credentials are entered, close the program and reopen for the changes to be applied.
