Please note that if you are not integrated with Sedona, than this issue may not be of concern to you or your users.
When creating a new job, sometimes WeEstimate will prompt that the customer is a mismatch.
It will prompt this message when the information in WeEstimate for that customer does not match what is held within Sedona:
To resolve this, you will need to select the icon highlighted in the screenshot to 'Refresh from Accounting.'
This icon is simply enabling WeEstimate to pull the latest information from Sedona for that customer.
