Learn how to navigate your admin settings to properly remove a user from QuoteAnywhere. This guide provides the exact steps needed to locate and delete the user from your system configuration efficiently.
1. Click "Admin"
2. Click "System Configuration"
3. Click in the Search bar and type the name of the user you would like to edit. Select the named user.
4. Click on delete.
Please note: This action is not recommended outside of the deployment phase. Recommend removing all licensing from the user and disabling the account. This will preserve the history and mitigate possible disruption to the database.
5. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the user. Click delete at the bottom of the screen.
