Understanding the Sale Status tab in QuoteAnywhere

Learn how to navigate the WeSuite QuoteAnywhere interface to manage sale status updates and accounting exports. This guide provides the specific click path needed to efficiently update project stages and finalize data for your accounting systems.

1. Navigate to the Sale Status section within an Estimate.

2. Click on the sales status bar.

3. Select a manual stage for the estimate from the dropdown.

4. Open the Approvals section to review status requirements.

5. If a pre or post approval system has been assigned, it will display in this section. 
The initiation of an approval is started from this page.

6. Click Estimate Configuration

7. Access Estimate Configuration to adjust freight, warranty, burden and material burden settings. This applies to the specific job you are working on. Adjustments can be made and saved automatically. Rights to edit such are managed by your system administrator.

8. Click Taxes

9. Review calculated tax rates in the Taxes section. Adjustments to tax categories at a job level can be made on this screen. 
Note: Tax Rate % is drawn from the site address assigned to the estimate. Taxes are estimated.

10. Click Lease.

11. Open the Lease section to view available leasing configurations. 
Checkboxes are available to 'Use in Estimate' or 'Include in proposal' which would allow the lease options to display on the proposal when generated.

12. Click Forecast.

13. Check the Sales Forecast for probable close dates and weighted totals. 
Note: This is job specific.

14. Click Estimate Information.

15. Open the Estimate Information section for general project details. After any edits, click save. 
Note: Some of the fields may be required for updates to Job Won, this is configured for each specific environment. If you have any questions please validate with your System Administrator.

16. Click Data Points.

17. If applicable, Data Points are customizable per client system.  The data points can be required if needed.

18. Click Ownership.

19. Verify Project Ownership and assign users as shared owners. 
Note: People manager rights must be turned on to add a shared owner.

20. Navigate to the Accounting Export section.

21. If applicable, any accounting integration will be present on this screen. The export process will start from this page.
