Learn how to accurately update the sales status and stage of your estimates within the WeSuite QuoteAnywhere platform. This guide ensures your project records remain current and reflect the latest progress in your sales pipeline.
1. Select an estimate from the recently modified list.
2. Click "View Estimate"
3. Select Sale Status from the sidebar menu.
4. Click the stage progress bar to modify the estimate status.
5. Select "Won Job" from the Stage (Manual) dropdown menu.
6. Click Save to confirm changes.
7. Click the back arrow to return to the estimate summary.
8. Click the Home icon to return to the Estimates dashboard. The job will have a ribbon icon and display highlighted green "Won Job."
