Authenticating Individual SelenaAI Users in QuoteAnywhere

This guide quickly walks you through linking your Selena AI account to QuoteAnywhere so you can use Selena’s features within your quoting workflow. It highlights the exact clicks and prompts to complete authentication, avoids common pitfalls (like checking spam for the invite), and confirms what success looks like so you know when setup is finished. Once authenticated QuoteAnywhere users will be able to leverage AI in Scopes of Works, Cover Letters, Notes and Reporting.

1. After your System Administrator adds you the SelenaAI Dashboard, you will receive an email invitation to join SelenaAI. Please note: The email may land in the junk/spam folder.

   

2. After accepting the invitation, you will be prompted to enter your password connected to the email, click "continue."

   

3. Enter your username and password for QuoteAnywhere, click "Sign in"

   

4. Click on your initials in the upper right corner.

   

5. Click "My Settings"

   

6. Click "Authentication Accounts"

   

7. Click "Authenticate"

   

8. Click "Allow" when the pop-up screen appears

    

9. A green highlighted box with "Authenticated" will appear confirming the completion of the SelenaAI setup.
