How to create a Package in QuoteAnywhere

1.Click "Admin"

2. Click "Editors"

3. Click "Packages"

4. Click "New Package"

5. Click "Outright" or "Lease" 
Note: Outright is the cost and sell of the parts, charge items and RMR assigned to the package.  Lease allows a specific price to be assigned to the package.

6. Assign an Associated Labor Region. 
Use the toggle switch to allow the package globally or private (user only). Note : The star icon next to the name of the package allows you to have this package set a favorite.

7. Click "Create"

8. Click the Package that was just created.

9. Click "Material"

10. Search or scroll to find the material to add to the package. 
Note: if there is an accounting link, ensure the search is within the Item Origin.

11. Click "Add" on the selected part.

12. Click "Chargeable Items"

13. Search or scroll for chargeable items.

14. Click "Add"

15. Click "Services"

16. Select the RMR item.

17. After filling in or adjusting the fields, click "Add"

18. The system will bring you back to the Edit Package page navigator.

19. On the "Packages" page if you click on any package, in this case the one that was you created you can expand it to see what is included as well as information on each category.
