How To Reset User Password In QuoteAnywhere

Learn how to efficiently manage and update user credentials within your WeSuite QuoteAnywhere system. This guide provides a clear walkthrough for administrators to securely reset passwords for specific team members.

1. Click "Admin"

2. Click "System Configuration"

3. Search or scroll to the user that requires a password change or reset.

4. Click "Edit"

5. Click "User Profile"

6. Click "Replace Password"

7. Enter the current user password. If the password in unknown, you may need to contact WeSuite Support to access the user's account.

8. Enter the new password. This step will need to be repeated in the next field.

9. Click "Save" after the password has been entered the same in both fields.

10. A window will appear confirming the password was changed successfully. Click "OK" and the password has been changed.
