1. Click "Admin"
2. Click "System Configuration"
3. Click "Region and Offices"
4. Select the Region of the Labor Category you would like to edit, change, add cost, and sell.
5. Click "Labor Rates"
6. Select the Labor Category and click "Edit."
7. Add, edit, or change the cost, sell, hours calculation, and tax configuration. The option to make the Labor Category visible or not visible is available as a check box. Click "Save" when the configuration is completed.
