How to create Test & Inspect items in QuoteAnywhere

Learn how to effectively add new classes and items within the Test & Inspect module. This guide walks you through the configuration process to ensure your test and inspect items are accurately categorized and detailed for your workflow.

1.Click "Admin"

2. Click "Editors"

3. Click "Test and Inspect"

4. On the Test & Inspect screen you can edit existing items, create a New Class or New Item.

5. To create a New Class, name and click "Create."

6. To create a New Item, fill in Name, Description, select class and the remaining fields.

7. Fill in Time Cost, Time Device, Annual Frequency, % of Test and GPM% if applicable. 
Note: Time/Device is how many mins the inspection of 1 device should be calculated.

8. If applicable, map the Accounting Link.  The option to make the T&I item recurring and disable by toggle switch.  Once all fields are completed, click "Create."

9. To edit an existing Test & Inspect Item, select the item.

10. The item will open on a right-hand panel. Make edits to the existing test and inspect item, then exit, changes will be saved.
