How to Add Associated Materials to WeSuite in QuoteAnywhere

Learn how to link specific materials to your QuoteAnywhere items within the admin dashboard. This guide simplifies the process of configuring and assigning essential project components to ensure accurate quoting.

1.Click "Admin"

2. Click "Editors"

3. Within the Materials page after searching or scrolling to the material/part to associate, click "Configure."

4. Click "Associated Items"

5. You can associate to materials : Test and Inspect, services and material items. Click "Add Material" in this case.

6. Search or scroll through the material you would like to associate. Ensure the correct source is selected, WeSuite or Accounting if applicable.

7. Once the item is selected.  Click "Add."  The option to adjust quantity and hide the item is available.

8. To associate a Test and Inspect items to material select "Assign" under Associated Test and Inspection.

9. To associate a Recurring Service to material select "Assign" under Associated Service.
