Learn how to navigate the administrative system configuration to manage lease settings for QuoteAnywhere. This guide provides the necessary steps to locate and modify office configurations and lease parameters within the RCM module.
1. Click "Admin"
2. Click "System Configuration"
3. Select "Region and Offices"
4. Select or search for the Region & click ''Edit''
5. Select "Offices."
Note : Finance/Lease Options are configured at the office-level.
6. Select or search for the Office & click ''Edit''
7. Select "RCM."
8. Click "New Lease Configuration" to open the creation form and fill out the required fields and fields required for lease configuration.
Note: Lease Factor is the interest on the financing and RCM is Rate Creation Multiple is the number of month to recoup the money on the investment.
9. Click on a pre-existing lease configuration to edit.
