This guide demonstrates how to locate and configure specific packages within QuoteAnywhere. Follow these steps to efficiently update labor rates and service costs for your regional quote templates.
1.Click "Admin"
2. Click "Editors"
3. Click "Packages"
4. Search or scroll to find the package to edit.
5. Click "Configure".
Note: You also have the possibility to copy a package and modify it, instead of starting from scratch. This is quite useful when you need minimal adjustments for a tiered package for example, or creating a package that is outright sale and another that is lease.
6. Edit the package to default "Outright" or "Lease" (fixed or set price). Selecting the star will add this package to the user's favorites.
7. Additional edits can be made to prices, RCM, associated labor regions, hiding and disabling the package. After all edits are completed, click "Save."
Note: For historical data we recommend to never delete a package.
8. Additional edits can be made by clicking the different categories: Materials, Chargeable Items, Subcontractor Items, and Services.
9. Click "Materials" or the other categories to edit.
10. Select WeSuite or Accounting for material source, search or scroll to the part.
11. Edits can be made to the fields shown, once completed, select "Add."
12. Click "Add Labor Item"
13. Click "Select" on the labor category to add to the part.
14. Once the item related labor is set, click "Add."
15. Click "Reorder Materials in Package"
16. Items can be moved up or down in order of display.
