How to Configure New Regions and Offices in QuoteAnywhere

Learn how to organize your organizational structure by adding new regions and office locations. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up system defaults and location details.

1. Click "Admin"

2. Click "System Configuration"

3. Click "Region and Offices"

4. Click "New Region"

5. Fill in the required fields. The option to default a tax %, Labor region only, pre & post approval systems. 
Note: Labor region only allows a user to quote out of X office in that region but have different defaulted rates.

6. Click "Create"

7. In the Region Setup screen you can Click on Regional Settings, Calculation % and Accounting links to adjust.

8. In Calculation %, the ability to set system defaults is availalbe.

9. Click "Save."

10. Click "Offices"

11. Click "New Office"

12. Fill in the required fields for a new office.

13. Click "Create"

14. Click "Advanced Settings"

15. Click the applicable settings within the new office to set defaults for: Approval Systems, Tax Defaults, Licenses ( license numbers to be displayed on proposals/contracts), Calculations, Default Lease Setup.
