Learn how to configure a new user group and assign specific system permissions within WeSuite. This guide ensures your users have the correct access levels for quoting, estimating, and document management.
1. Click "Admin"
2. Click "System Configuration"
3. Click "Groups"
4. Click "Add New Group"
5. Fill out the required fields
6. Select "Regions" to assign regions to the group.
7. Click "Pricing Contracts"
8. Assign the Select Price Contracts to the group if applicable.
9. Click "Main User Rights," "CSM User Rights," "Estimate User Rights," and " Document User Rights" to assign permissions for the New Group.
10. Click "Select All" or individually select permissions.
11. Click "Select"
12. Click "Document User Rights"
13. Click "Select All"
14. Click "Select All"
15. Click "Select" once all permissions have been assigned.
