Configuring Sales Forms in QuoteAnywhere

Learn how to manage your sales forms and customize field layouts within the QuoteAnywhere environment. This guide provides a walkthrough for adjusting form settings and using the preview feature to ensure your configuration is set up correctly.

Please note: The Sales Forms module is highly complex, with multiple variables involved in creating, configuring, and formatting a new form. This guide provides a basic overview of its functionality. If you require additional assistance or training when setting up a form, please contact your Account Manager. 
 

1. Click "Admin"

2. Select "Sales Forms."

3. Select Edit or Preview Form on an existing Sales Form to view. 
Note: Preview Form will open a separate tab within your internet browser, ensure pop-up blocker is turned off or allow when generating forms.

4. Click "Edit" within Access section within an existing form.

5. Within Access, changes can be made to Display Mode and what the form is Associated to.

6. Click "Edit" within Style section.

7. In the Style section, Header (logo) , Header Text, Overall Layout can be edited.

8. Click "Export" if export is desired.

9. Select the export date and click "Export."

10. Click "Fields"

11. Click "Edit" for specific field configuration.

12. In "Edit Field" changes will be made to that specific field.

13. For example, stage. 

14. Default values can be added, separated by a comma.

15. Click "New Field" if a new field is required within the sales form.

16. Repeat the steps included in editing a field.

17. Click "Layout"

18. Click "New Section" or edit an existing section. 
Note: fields are in a section. 
Recommendation: Create Sections prior to creating Fields.  This will allow the assignment of a section to a field while setting up the Fields.

19. For a New Section, fill in the required fields and designate the layout.

20. Sections can be moved up or down in order.

21. Click "Preview Form" after or during the sales form set up.

22. Clicking "Preview Form" will open another tab within your browser.  Ensure pop-up blocker is turned off or allow when previewing forms.

23. Click "Close" after previewing the form. This process can be repeated during the creation and editing Sales Forms.
