1.Click "Admin"
2. Click "Template Maintenance"
3. Click "Document Editors"
4. Click "Scope Text"
5. Click "New Template"
6. Fill in the required "Template Name."
7. Click "Create"
8. Type, paste, or bring images into the newly created template. Click save when all edits are complete.
9. Click "Cover Letter"
10. Click "New Template"
11. Fill in the required "Template Name."
12. Click "Create"
13. Type, paste, or bring images into the newly created template. Click save when all edits are complete.
14. To change an existing template, click configure on the desired template.
15. Complete edits to Scope Text or Cover Letter. Click save when complete.
