Understanding Universal Reports and Predefined Reports in QuoteAnywhere

1.Click "Reporting"

2. Click the desired Predefined Report, Forecast, Markets, Sales, or Top 10.

4. Fill in the required "From Date."

5. Fill in the required "To Date."

6. Click "Generate Report"

7. A separate widow will open with the report. 
Note: Ensure pop-up blocker is turned off or allow pop-up.

8. Click "Universal Reports"

9. Click "New Report"

10. Select Sales Project Report or Estimate Report, fill in the required Report Name, click "Create."

11. Select the filters to apply in the report, Dates, Users, Stages.

12. Click "Add Column"

13. Click "Select All" or individually select the fields to include in the report.

14. Click "Select"

15. Click "Save"

16. Click "Export Report"

17. Click "Recent download history"

18. The report will generate in Excel.

20. Reports can be exported, duplicated, deleted, reconfigured.
