Learn how to enhance your estimates in WeSuite by importing custom background images. This guide walks you through the steps to load device images and properly integrate them into your quotes.
1. Select estimate from list
2. Click "View Estimate"
3. Navigate to Site Survey tab
4. In Site Survey, the ability to add additional folders is available by clicking on the folder with + sign icon.
5. To add a floor plan, background image click "Add Background Image"
6. Click "Load From Device" and search for the file to upload.
7. Click "Open"
8. Select the folder to associate the image to by clicking the scroll icon.
9. Click the disk icon to save.
10. Adjust and zoom in with the settings on the bottom ribbon.
11. Click on the blue gear to the right to add packages or parts.
Note: Ensure the correct source is selected if accounting integration is connected & part of your system configuration.
12. To view parts that were previously added to the estimate, click the six check mark icon.
13. Use the mouse to click, hold and place the item(s) on the floor plan.
14. Click "Save"
Note: Click save often when on the site survey screen as the screen doesn't feature auto-save. When navigating away from the screen, any unsaved work will be deleted.
