How to Share a Job

To share a job with another user, please follow the steps below:

1) Go to 'System Configuration'

2) Select and 'Edit' the user who needs to have sharing jobs enabled

3) Select the 'People Manager' tab

4) Search for and select the appropriate user that you would like to share jobs with

5) Select the 'Job Sharing' checkbox to enable job sharing with the user

6) Hit 'Save' in the bottom right-hand corner

Once these changes are completed, logout and login again, then on the Dashboard, search for the job and right-click the job:

You can then share the respective job with the user who needs the ability to edit the job:


Note: Please also ensure that the Program Option 'Use Shared Estimate System' is set to 'True.' If it is not, please reach out to WeSuite Support.
