Creating a Group and Add Group Rights

This article will walk you through how to create a group as well as setting up the rights for the group within WeEstimate.

 

Go to Tools -> System Configuration

Select "Groups" tab -> click "New"

Enter group name

Go to "Region Selection" (required for users in the group to be able to create quotes)mceclip3.png

 

Assign Rights to Group on right hand pane:

    • Main:

    • CSM:

         mceclip5.png

    • Estimate:

          mceclip6.png

          mceclip7.png

    • Document:

         mceclip8.png

Click Save
