This is a quick guide to walk you through the process of how the Sedona API integration works within WeEstimate.
There will be a button available in the Accounting Tab within a WeEstimate job. The button will only be active after the job has been created in Sedona.
Once the button is enabled, upon clicking on it, you will be brought to the below screen. From here you will be able to select any of the documents that are currently assigned to the job. After documents are selected, you can either select "Export All Documents" if you don't want to send a few of the documents listed or you can select "Export Selected Documents" which will transfer over the documents you have checked off.
The Quickest way to find out all of the jobs have been successfully pulled into sedona along with the documents is to go to tools --> Documents from within the Sedona application.
