How to Assign a User to an Approval Group

  1. Go to Tools > System Configuration.
  2. Once in System Configuration, select a user within the system by either typing into the search tab or expanding the lists below.
  3. After finding the person you'd like to change the approval systems with, please do the following
    1. Select their name
    2. Click on edit
    3. Go to the Access tab
    4. Select the approval group(s) the user should be a member of
    5. Click Save
    6. Highlight and edit the user again
    7. Go to the Approvals tab
    8. Select the approval group(s) the user should be a member of
    9. Click Save
