This is a quick article on how to add estimate options to a quote. Estimate options are custom check lists you can create and design to allow sales users to mark items as "complete" during the course of working on an Estimate.
You can access Estimate options by going to Tools, Program Options, Appearances and Estimate Options.
Estimate options can be added by entering the option you'd like to add to the check list and by clicking on the green "+."
Inversely, it can be removed by selecting the item and clicking the red "x."
Once added, Estimate Options can be found within the estimate under the new "Options" tab.
The user can than go through this list and use it as a reference when completing the job!
