How to Update Your Supporting Documents Location

Within WeEstimate you are allowed to save documents/attachments to a job.

When a user saves a document it saves to a central location on your network. 

This network location can be changed to your desired location. 

To make the change go to:

Tools -> Program Options -> Environment -> Paths

Within this location you can edit the Supporting Documentation Location.

We recommend to use a UNC Path as the location path. 

example:

\\WeSuiteServer01\WeSuite\SupportingDocuments\

*Make sure to include a final backslash as part of the location path. 

Once updated click on "OK" at the bottom right. 

You will have to close the application completely and re-open for changes to take effect.
