If you are experiencing indefinite loading times while trying to access a lead or change the status of a load it may be time to clear your cache on your browser. This is a quick guide on how to clear cache.
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More (the three dots).
Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
